East Stanley school’s lesson will not be on Monday due to half term. It will be back on the following week as usual.

A massive well done to everybody who passed their respective grades tonight! Unfortunately its always hard when not everybody passes. And that can be very difficult to take. My advice is to pick yourself up, brush yourself off and believe in yourself. We all make mistakes in life….and that’s how we become better and stronger …

Outstanding contribution, commitment and display of karate tonight from both classes…especially Consett! The determination made me very proud. A great platform for Sunday’s grading. Osu!!
